- Social Security Card
- Pay Stubs for the last 30 days
- Bankruptcy Papers
- Divorce Decree's/Child Support Papers
- Driver's License
- Insurance agent and telephone number
- $20.00 payable to OREGON MORTGAGE LENDING GROUP, LLC, for Application fee
- Self-Employed-Business License or letter from CPA to verify employment
- Social Security/Retired/Disabled-Social Security Award Benefit Letter for 2 years

Investor: Investment Property Documentation Needed
- Rental Agreements
- Property Taxes and Insurance on each Rental Property
Alternative Credit
For the borrower who has no credit—We need 12 months of documentation
on the following items: USDA, VA and first-time home buyer Loans Only.
